Cabbage and Carrot Stir-fry

 1 cabbage
 4 carrots
 2 cups Udon noodles
 1 tbsp peanut oil
 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
  cup fish sauce
 1 ½ tsp onion powder
 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 sesame seeds for serving (optional)
 ginger (optional)

Put peanut oil in a pan. Once pan is hot, put Udon noodles in, and stirring constantly.

Meanwhile, sliver cabbage and julienne carrots.

Once noodles are al dente, insert cabbage with fish sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Saute for one minute, then add carrots.

Saute for one more minute. Done! Top with sesame seeds for serving.
